As there was no outside-Melon Arena viewing, there will be no Joe vision for Game 6. It is supposedly a joint decision made by the NHL, NBC, and CBC. Apparently, the ratings would go down by almost a point if 20,000 people showed up at the Joe and watched the feed. This is a decision that does not make sense to Red Wings coach, Mike Babcock:

I don't understand the dynamic of all that stuff. That makes no sense to me,'' Babcock said. "But to me we're all in the selling the game business. And the more people that can see it, the better off you are.
