Blacked Out? Here's the Lions Winning Point (Fittingly from the Foot of Jason Hanson)
Written by Bob Biscigliano

A couple observations from the video taken straight from this person's TV.

  • The extra point is actually pretty close to being blocked.  I was at the game years back when the Lions failed to convert an extra point and cost them the game.
  • Brandon Pettigrew rocks a pretty dank mohawk.
  • Notice the one person on the Lions sideline jumping up and down a few times before realizing no one else is as excited and the Lions are still 2-8.
  • Jim Schwartz gives Stafford a big man hug, realizes Stafford is in excruciating pain, feels stupid, and sprints away to shake hands with Mangini.
  • Brady Quinn is rocking his Abercrombie and Bitch boy, Cleveland Browns beanie indoors.  Why? It's not cold.  Great contrast between him and Stafford actually.  Quinn's more concerned about looking "pretty" while Stafford grits his way to a win.
